Booger hook 

When you pick someone’s nose and then proceed to shove your finger in their mouth. If you do it with two fingers in both nostrils and stick both in the mouth, it is called a double booger hook.

“Yea, I was messing around w this strange girl from the gym and I booger hooked her”
