A female that runs her man's life and is subject to the whims of her roller-coaster mood changes. This is especially applicable for men who are weak and get their butts kicked by their wives or girlfriends.
My pal Shane's wife is Commander Kotex... He's got to buy her all kinds of crap, cars, jewelry, horses... and he's gotta work every weekend to serve her lazy weak ass and build barns, fences, work in the yard. He never gets to go have fun for himself.
