Basically a fucking nigger. It’s the word you use to call a nigger a nigger when in polite company.

Farther: Look at that fucking fat slag over there with that dirty hair trigger, he must fucking stink.

Six year old daughter: She’s obviously got no respect for herself, has she papa?
