Basically a fucking nigger. It’s the word you use to call a nigger a nigger when in polite company.

Farther: Look at that fucking fat slag over there with that dirty hair trigger, he must fucking stink.

A person of African decent who works in public toilets carrying out cleaning duties and selling sprays of aftershave and perfumes.

Customer : Hey those toilets stink.
Manager : That’s not the toilet, it’s the bog wog
