When something happens that's basically annoying, but it goes beyond this..especially applies to when something unintentional or unusual happens. Also Related to Thinining.

Someone goes to work and its been cancelled; Thats extremely fattening.

"I've just dropped my new torch, that's Fat".

Shit a Chicken 

This can be fear related, but usually to do with anger.
If someone found out something and they got really angry over it, they would be said to have "Shat a chicken".

"Smiff, your parents will shit a chicken if they find out we're doing drugs."
