A trashy methhead. They usually mock crackheads. An adult that likes to hang out with kids and do drugs. A thief. liar, user. An inmature junkie who pleads a sob story about their rough life and once they've used up all your kindness they turn on you like a rabid hyena.

That meth head was so messed up she was walking sideways. What a Trashley!
