Hitting The Butterfly

In a swimming pool when a Brad is fully standing and a Margo is mid Butterfly stroke, the Brad takes advantage of the situation and slides into the Margo at just the right time. the stroke is completed and hitting the butterfly is achieved.

how did Margo get pregnant? I heard they were "Hitting The Butterfly" in the pool.
