Coined by John Bentley, this term is used in any situation that you are either trying to bedazzle, distract, or if you just didn't hear what the person said.

hey! so you know (mumbles incohearently)
"uh, yea, sure, rudabega."
DO THE DISHES
"(mumble) rudabega!"
