A nickname for a male who possesses big head syndrome, comparable, in size, to that of a king.

John (to Jane) : Hey Jane you look so good I'd bang you in front of my wife's attorney.
Jane: Grow up John!

Jane: John has such a big ego. WTF
Jill: I know! What a kingdome!
