Any shoe you encourage your girlfriend to wear instead of those trendy stupid eskimo boots that girls think are cute and guys think are the lamest fashion trend.

Ugstitues can be a gift, a demand, a request, a necessary substitute for the boots you hid or disposed of without your girlfriend's consent.

Those chicks look like Dog sled captians with those big furry boots, now she'd be bangin if she would put on a pair of ugstitutes.
