A dog that has lived a sheltered life and possesses homosexual tendencies. Due to their lack of social experiences these dogs usually find a "mate" on gay social applications and if not they choose to die alone.

I though Shane was just a bit quiet but in fact he was a cave dog.

A 40 year old virgin that permanently resides in their parents basement and refuses to see the light of day due to their unusual disorders. Recent studies have revealed that a Simfac can suffer from Alien Hand Syndrome (this leads to chronic masturbation), Gender Dysphoria (GD), Fish Odour Syndrome, Necrophilia and Frotteurism.
