🐪 is an emoji metaphor for sex, because humping is a word for having sexual intercourse and camels have humps. Since this association is specific to English, it is not used with other languages unlike more graphic metaphors, e.g. 🍆 and 🍑. Like most emoji metaphors it can either be replace actual words or augment them.
