A sex act between a man and a woman that can only be preformed while a woman is menstruating. This act involves anal sex without an enema, following oral sex until vomiting is induced, followed by bloody vaginal sex. (also known as a chunky churro)
It was originally a word used by sailors to describe something incomparably disgusting.
