Wet Lev

When one licks their finger and sticks it into another’s nose hole. Like a wet Willy except for the finger goes into the nose hole rather than the ear hole. Generally one of the smaller fingers works best because the nose hole is usually smaller.

He gave Sarah a Wet Lev because she did not react to the Wet Willy.
