A fan-created portmanteau of the character names Dippy and Pillock from the popular "Dumb Ways to Die" franchise. It is used to refer to a person or character displaying traits of extreme foolishness, silliness, or absent-mindedness, combining Dippy's "dippy" nature with the insult "pillock"

That character keeps making such boneheaded mistakes, he's a total dipillock.
