Neeyati is someone who tries to lift up everyone's mood all the time and succeeds. It's someone who can lift your mood up when you think you are the happiest you can be. Everybody should have a Neeyati in their life cause they make life easier and bearable, always pay back by making them happier because believe it or not they are probably depressed.
