Slipped

When one's fingers accidently penetrate through the toilet roll whilst wiping the posterior post crap.

Most commonly occurs with the cheap tracing paper style toilet roll found in primary schools.

Dude 1: "Dude, have you been eating nutella with your fingers?"
Dude 2: "Nah man, i just slipped and they had run out of soap"
