Pet name given to Mortisha Addams by her husband Gomez Addams of the Addams family fame. A term of extreme affection and endearment.

I have been with her many years and she is still my sweet Boobalah.

Any of the gentile peoples.

Any non-Hebrews.

Basically everyone except Hebrews and Sephardim.

It was bad enough that he didn't work but that he was "goyum" would have been the breaking point for any Jewish grandmother.
