Non-Functional Douche Bag: A person who at one point in time might have served a purpose to an organization, and has been promoted either due to exceptional service or truly un-exceptional service to a position that has absolutely no responsibility, job description or meaning, except in title only.

Anders used to be a great director but now he's only qualified for the NFDB!
