scratch 

To call someone (or something) "scratch" means that they are/it is kinda crazy. Not in a bad way, but in an affectionate way. Like "He's so scratch!" meaning that he comes up with crazy ideas, some of them are so sick.

Josh had the craziest time on his trip; no too surprising as he is so scratch.

When you are ready. Or sarcastically, 'ok, we are waiting, let's go' (i.e. let's get it moving, or start already).

"in your own time, we are ready whenever you are!"
