A Wedgetarian is a devotee of our now famous "Wedge Burger" at The Chick'n Shack at the beautiful Avalon Beach NSW. Named after the also famous surf break at nearby Whale Beach, it's a beautiful fresh Aussie damper bun filled with a sublime rindless bacon, smashed avocado, golden hash brown, fried egg covered with a veil of melted cheese topped with a flourish of aioli and bbq sauce!!
As a Wedgetarian after a heavy night on the gas the perfect antidote is to swing by the Shack for a Wedge and Powerade to get me back to some semblance of normality!
