You could say it means: Where’s the food? Wow, that’s fantastic! Or Where’s the frog?

Child: Mom, WTF?
Mom: WHAT DID YOU SAY TO ME!?
Child: Mom, chill… I was just trying to say Where’s the food? I’m hungry… I learnt it from the urban dictionary.
