A slovenly unkept and often dumpy schlub usually in a baseball cap that has no intention of ever making any effort to clean up.

I was at the pizzeria and this esloppa guy behind the counter said, "What do you want?" Fearing the unsanitary esloppa nature of his being we opted to go elsewhere.

Krangfest

A gathering at a flee market or food fest attracting the enormously fat, typified by a pot-belly. A person so fat their "Krang" hangs over their belt. Someone reminding us of "Krang" from the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtle anamie.

I went to the flee market and there was a Krangfest going on everyone there was really fat.
