The cost of an item that is unreasonably priced or unduly expensive when compared to similiar items. Similiar to excessive fees for a "profession service" such as a doctor, CPA, designer or other professional services rendered.

The amount of Tequila consumed in bottles (fifths)that would be required to do (screw) a chick or guy. "Eating the worm" adds additional caveats to the meaning without drinking an additional bottle. The tequila factor can be stated with or without "eating the worm". The tequila factor limit is three (3)bottles including eating the worm, because tequila will make you fall in love with anything.
Gosh, she/he, has a one bottle tequila factor without the worm, before I would do her/him!
