Chandravadan

Chandra = moon, vadan = mouth. Not face but mouth. So Chandravadan means someone with a mouth like the moon. Many kings were named Chandravadan across India throughout history. (Someone please research and define the word in more sophisticated way please. May be do some research also, thanks :)
Well you can't. Unless you are trying to give a weird complement to someone like your mouth is Chandravadan.
