Overlapsation Situation
When one car parks over the line in a parking lot forcing all of the other acrs to park over the line.
Man, I got a ticket for parking on the line of a handicapped spot.

A sub-community of Rancho Bernardo. Mainly filled with retirees/old people. Raveged by the 07' wild fires. Police are always camping there. AKA: The Dub-Dub (W-W)
