Plattner
One who has an overwhelming amount of abundance but still unapologetically takes advantage of those less fortunate.
Person one; “ last week when we were in Daltons 75 foot yacht, he told us he was almost done with the new apartment building he’s building”
Person two “ damn, doesn’t he already own 11 apartment buildings and 9 car dealerships?”
Person One “ Yeah and don’t forget that his family is old money from the Decker side of the black and Decler fortune! Anyway he said that the place where they make money in those building is that they advertise at 3/5 the lowest comp. For other units in that building”
Person two “ wow that’s great they really give back to the community like that?!?”
Person one “ No, he said that first they get tenants at or above market value. Then they put new adds up with Nom-Regundable 50 application Fees and cut the price so “poor people” who “ can’t afford lawyer” and just tell them they were not selected and pocket the money.”
Person two “ Wow! What a bunch Plattners “
