A characteristic to give someone that is: dirty, greasy, unmotivated most of the time, says random unhinged things, bombarde you with obscure references, then acts surprise when you know nothing about whatever it is, a moderately flamboyant Bisexual, dislikes most dogs, and even they have weird quirks, they somehow get the lady’s.
