2. To micromanage a co-worker with excessive attention to minor, insignificant details that do not involve the individual.
3. To approach you with an immense intensity for following procedures, although the individual is not following procedures by coming to you with nonsense.
4. To address an issue with you that does not pertain to the individual, causing the individual to get very angry and tattletale to your mutual boss that you aren’t following directions

Marvin walked up to Pedro and slammed a bunch of paperwork on Pedro’s desk and proceeded to unleash on Pedro like he’s not doing his job and that Marvin could do a better job if he had Pedro’s position. Wow that’s awful, Marvin isn’t Pedro’s boss. Did Pedro tell Marvin off? No he just yes-ed him to death so he walks away”
