When a car full of black folks almost side swipe a car full of white folks just to get to the better Parking space before them. They also proceed to give a smug look or nasty glare at said white family as a sign of victory over the parking space.
"Dang Jim! They almost hit us trying to get that spot! Then they mean mugged us and coasted in! We just got Rosa Parked!
