Anal hymen (figurative). What a woman 'loses' the first time she engages in anal sex, i.e. surrenders her anal virginity. 'Prune' is to bum as 'cherry' is to twat. Does NOT apply to bum-buddies, whom Mother Nature has kindly ensured are born pruneless.
