a person (usually a gay man) that spreads gossip and drama and generally minds everyone's business but his own. Watermouth typifies the bright red coloration of the lips on this type of person, as I'm sure you can guess why.

That morning producer is always talking about everyone else's personal matters. What a watermouth!
