lardoon

1. a piece of bacon or pork inserted into lean meat prior to cooking. (Also spelt "lardon")

2. a large breast, esp. one belonging to a thin or muscular woman. (Usually plural.)

A: Check out the lardoons on Nancy!
B: Yup, those are some fine lardoons.
