The logical extension, which replaces the former expression "in your face", which is superior in that it give specific information about WHAT is in your face. It is indicated in such a way as to imply that a bold act of superiority indicates, or more precisely, is a result of, superior genitalia.

Upon dunking a basketball on someone, and in the process dragging your nuts across his face:

DEEEZ NUTS!
