The act of two men rubbing their beards gently and affectionately against one another, like two cats nuzzling.

(Orientation of either man is irrelevant, but soft beard-on-beard action is essential.)

Oh man, I was at a party the other night, and my boyfriend chuzzled this guy with an amazing beard, and it was delightful.
