Bully-Boner

A feeling of excitement, satisfaction, or emotional arousal someone experiences when anticipating, engaging in, or reflecting on bullying behavior toward others. Often used to criticize someone who seems overly eager to belittle or dominate others.

"Every time he spots someone new to pick on, he gets this weird bully-boner and won’t let it go."
