A simple, albeit pretentious, way to inform others that you are both cute and fancy.
Usu. connotes an air of sarcasm, if not fully calling oneself out on being absolutely ridiculous and/or silly in how boisterous, disgustingly "cutesie," or self-important one's statement is.
