Fishing with Randy

To be fired from your job.
Usually comes without any kind of warning. The result of leaving early every day and not completing tasks. Allows the fired employee to spend more time fishing (in many cases - w/ Randy).

"I screwed up big this time dude. When my boss finds out, I'll be fishing with Randy by next week."
