What you get when, as a man, you go the whole hog and undergo gender reassignment. Also known as a frankenfanny.

frankenfanny

Basically the same as a mangina. An artificial vagina constructed from (typically) the remnants of a male's penis when a surgical gender reassignment is performed.

Frankenstein was built out of salvaged body parts, as is the frankenfanny.

That thing looks like a frankenfanny to me.
