Pocket Puller

When a girl pulls the pockets out from under her shorts to look extra slutty.

"Since it's summer all the girls are wearing their short shorts now.
"Oh definitely, they're such pocket pullers!"

i.e. Pocket Pullers' shorts are usually so fabric deficient you can see their booty.
