When you pluck one of someone's pubes without them knowing, for one reason or another. (Popularized by the NBC show, My Name Is Earl.)

Guy 1-"Damn guy had to pull a Castro on me to get my DNA to test to see if I was his son's real father!"
Guy 2-"Ouch!"
