Un-ironed, scruffy and messy clothing; often worn while suffering after a heavy drinking session the night before. Particularly applies to junior employees in menial, low-paid, "McJobs".

Manager - You're looking very runkled this morning Dave!
Dave - Fuck off, my head hurts.
