Another way of saying "blow job".
Used jokingly between friends.
Can be variated to Blozzer.
Can also be used a an annoying word that you put into everything. For example, "give me that can of CarlsBloz" or "where's my mobile Bloz?!" or "have you seen Bloz Charlton recently?!"

"she'd definitely give me a bloz, she's dirty"
