The act of defecation. Can be used shorthand as well, Joey.

Adam: where is chris?
Kaz: oh I think he's joeying right now.
Adam: shit! I need to talk to him.

Or

Adam: god, I need to drop a fat Joey right now.
Kaz: chris is in the bathroom joeying as we speak.
Adam: shit!
