In World of Warcraft, when leveling at the barrens feels like it will never ends and get driven into insanity. It results in cliff jumping or Chuck Norris comments

Bobby: Damn Jorge you have been in the barrens for so long. What is taking you.
Jorge: I cant take this anymore, i got Barrens fever. i just want to kill myself
