Sponging

The act of soaking a tampon with hard liquor and inserting said tampon into the rectum with the goal of becoming intoxicated.

"Beer is too expensive man, I'm just gonna sponge it tonight."

"Sponging gets you so hammered, you gotta be careful with it."
