A whining excuse by a drunk or druggie for everything thats just jerking your dick and blame shifting..

He was in full stroke Relapsturbation saying "Dude I was relapsed when I stold your car ran over your sister, then fucked your 3 year old......Im not responsible.. I was relapsed.... I need rehab"
