Someone who doesn’t know what’s going on and is usually all sorts of fucked up. Used on field exercises when certain troops are fucked up aka “in the black” (mainly caused by sleep deprivation)

Sgt Johnson:“Yo why the fuck is Pte Anderson in the black man” Cpl Mactavish: “I don’t know man he’s always fucked up when it comes to field exercises and sleep deprivation”
