When someone messes up, another individual will yell “Oof” to rub in the mess up. Oof is most commonly used after spelling mistakes or after a stupid action or quote.

I was running down the hall when I tripped and fell spilling my coffee. That’s when my friend yelled “Oof” and laughed.
