The geographical location bounded by Minnesota and Iowa to the West, Illinois to the South, Lake Michigan on the East and the U.P. on the North. Its capital is Madison (Madtown), but everyone knows the real capital is Green Bay.
Too bad there are no decent jobs in Packerstan. If there were, there wouldn't be as many Packerstanis invading the land of the FIBs.

Get the Packerstanmug. A citizen of Packerstan (Wisconsin) who usually can't find a job up there so they have to move to or work in Illinois to survive.
That damn Packerstani just cut me off! They need to get the hell out of Illinois and go back to driving in their pastures!
