Hell Balls 

When it becomes so obnoxiously hot that your balls sag well beyond the normal sack stretch threshold. This normally occurs on extremely hot and humid days.

Ugh, my balls are sticking to both my legs as I waddle across this steaming parking lot.
Nasty, you got hell balls.
